$250- Little Yawner can be purchased for one week of help but does not include the other perks in our packages but does include:
- One 60-minute sleep assessment call
- Personalized sleep plan tailored to your child’s age and needs
- 1 follow-up email and text to adjust or fine-tune the plan
- Resource guide with evidence-based sleep strategies
This is a great option for parents who need minimal help

Pricing starts at $275
$400- This is package is for babies ages 12 weeks-18 months.
The Star Sleeper program will consist of:
- One 90-minute virtual consultation
- Detailed, customized sleep plan with clear step-by-step guidance
- 2 weeks of text and email support for troubleshooting and encouragement
- Sleep log tracking and adjustments as needed
- Tips for managing regressions, travel, and transitions
$350- This package is for children aged 18 months- 4 years of age.
To the moon package includes:
- A detailed, customized sleep plan
- Tips and tricks that are age appropriate
- A detailed intake form
- Print out materials to help toddlers during this transition
- A 1 hour phone call with me
- A detailed schedule overview as well as the ability to have a custom schedule created for you
- Help adjusting to preschool/daycare schedules
- As well as 3 weeks of unlimited texting and emailing
$550- This program was created for babies aged 12 weeks- 18 months of age.
The Sweet Dreamer package consists of:
- One 90-minute virtual consultation
- Fully personalized, in-depth sleep plan with tailored recommendations
- 3 weeks of text and email support
- 3 additional 30-minute follow-up calls
- Real-time coaching during bedtime or naps (virtual support)
- Guidance for long-term sleep habits and transitions
