    Hi, I’m Lauren

    When I say I’ve been there, I mean really been there. The endless rocking. The walking in circles in a dark hallway at 3 a.m. The desperate Google searches at 4:15—“Why won’t my baby sleep?!” I’ve had nights where my coffee was cold before sunrise and mornings where my eyes burned from sheer exhaustion. I know exactly how it feels to love your baby more than anything… but also to wonder how on earth you’ll make it through another sleepless night.

    Before I became a mom, I spent years(7 to be exact) working with infants and young children—supporting their growth, reading their cues, and helping parents through the beautiful (and sometimes overwhelming) early years. I knew the science of sleep. I understood the developmental milestones. But becoming a parent myself taught me something you can’t learn from a textbook—how deeply sleep deprivation affects your heart, your patience, your relationships, and your joy.

    That’s why I started Tiny Yawns Pediatric Sleep Consulting—to help other parents find the rest they desperately need without feeling like they’re failing or “doing it wrong.” I create gentle, personalized sleep plans that work with your child’s temperament and your family’s values, so bedtime becomes calmer, nights are more peaceful, and mornings are something you actually look forward to.
