I know firsthand that sleep struggles can leave you feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and unsure where to turn. That’s why my approach at Tiny Yawns Pediatric Sleep Consulting is rooted in understanding, compassion, and proven strategies that work for real families.
I start with your story.
Before making any recommendations, I take the time to understand your child’s personality, routines, and developmental stage as well as your family’s values, parenting style, and unique challenges. There’s no judgment here, only an open ear and a genuine desire to help.
I believe in gentle, realistic changes.
We’ll make adjustments that are age-appropriate and achievable, so you never feel like you’re forcing your child into something they’re not ready for. I don’t believe in extreme methods or “quick fixes” that create more stress than solutions.
It’s more than just sleep.
I look at the whole picture—environment, feeding, daily rhythms, emotional well-being, and even how your own rest and stress levels play a role. When all the pieces work together, better sleep naturally follows.

Whether we work virtually or in your home, I’ll guide you through every step, making adjustments when needed and cheering you on as your child learns healthy sleep habits.

At Tiny Yawns, I offer two ways to support your family—so you can choose what works best for you.
💻 Virtual Consultations via Zoom
No matter where you live, we can still work closely together through private Zoom calls. You’ll receive the same customized sleep plan, step-by-step guidance, and ongoing support—all from the comfort of your own home. After our consultation you will then choose a package that works for you and your family.
📍 In-Home
If you’re local, I can come directly to your home for a hands-on, personalized sleep consultation. I am located in Fulshear but travel to the surrounding Houston area(extra fee). In home allows me to see your child’s sleep environment, understand your daily routines, and work alongside you in real time. We’ll create and implement a plan together, with me right there to guide you.
Must book Virtual Consultation before home visit. (extra fee for in home)
Both options include follow-up support so you feel confident every step of the way. My goal is to make the process as comfortable and convenient as possible, while helping your family achieve restful, restorative sleep.

After assessing the information we will schedule our first call via zoom or phone.

Pick the right plan.
We will pick the right plan for your family and your needs. From there I will work with you one on one to get your child sleeping!
